We run a number of services for young people at risk, who, for a variety of reasons, require an alternative to family care.

At our two Dublin homes, Glensilva in Monkstown Village, and Racefield, in nearby Mounttown, we offer long-term care to children between the ages of 13 – 17 giving them a stable home environment, with therapeutic and reparative experiences to facilitate healing in each of their lives.

We also provide an Aftercare service to support past residents and those leaving foster care, to aid integration into the community and give them a healthy independence.
Through the implementation of our core values including trust, dignity and empowerment, Smyly Trust Services aim is to provide a relaxed and happy atmosphere in our homes where children can heal, grow and develop. By nurturing each individual and their specific needs we aim to equip the children with the skills to give them the best opportunities in life.
